Within GCI-USA, youth and children's ministries are a part of GenMin (Generations Ministries). GenMin helps churches grow as cross-generational, cross-cultural, Christ-centered communities of faith. GenMin offers its assistance to church leaders and parents and directly to youth through three related ministry components:
- Family
Ministry: Helping churches and families disciple children, teens and young adults; minister through older adults; strengthen marriages and support parents
- Camp
& Event Ministry: providing camps, short-term mission trips, family retreats and other events that foster cross-generational, cross-cultural, Christ-centered community within churches
- Leadership Ministry: providing programs like Journey with the Master that help churches develop the next generation of servant-leaders and their mentors
